Overview

At Techstifyit, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. If there’s an error in your order or if you receive a wrong variation of the product, we’ll promptly resend and replace it. And if, for any reason, you meet the criteria that you can return the item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

IMPORTANT: Taking a video or picture capturing the unboxing and testing of the product and submitting visual documentation will greatly expedite the review process for your return request.

To request your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, photo of the product that you received, and reason for return. Kindly send an email to rudich@techstifyit.com with a subject of RETURN ORDER.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without our approval. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or no refund at all:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.

If more than 30 days have passed and you haven’t processed a return and refund request, we will no longer acknowledge it.

Once your return  has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit card account again. Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at rudich@techstifyit.com with a subject line REFUND NOT RECEIVED.

 

Sale items

If you purchased from us during a sale with free shipping, and your return and refund request is approved, we will refund the sale price, not the regular price. We also do not refund the shipping fee, especially if you purchased the item with free shipping.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong variation or error is on our end. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rudich@techstifyit.com with a subject line EXCHANGE ORDER. If the error is on our end, we will shoulder the shipping fee for exchange. Otherwise, you will have to shell out for the shipping fee.
